Position Overview
Jurisphere is looking for a driven and strategic Senior Account Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives across Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on closing deals, optimizing sales processes, and building a high-performing sales funnel from the ground up. The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in refining our sales strategies, expanding the team, and aligning revenue operations with Jurisphere's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities in the legal and compliance sectors.
- Develop and execute a structured outbound and inbound sales strategy to drive customer acquisition.
- Build long-term relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and regulatory professionals to increase adoption.
Pipeline & Funnel Management
- Design and implement an effective sales funnel, improving conversion rates and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Drive expansion by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Process Development & Team Building
- Establish scalable sales workflows and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Identify, recruit, and mentor a team of high-performing sales professionals as Jurisphere grows.
Solution Selling
- Conduct consultative selling through tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and industry insights.
- Understand client pain points and position Jurisphere's AI-powered legal solutions effectively.
Market & Industry Analysis
- Monitor legaltech trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Provide valuable feedback to marketing and product teams to enhance Jurisphere's offerings.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Leverage insights from sales interactions to influence product roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales metrics, forecasts, and performance analytics using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales tactics and improve close rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of success in enterprise sales, preferably within legaltech, SaaS, or B2B technology sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Sales Hunter Mentality: Demonstrated ability to proactively source and close high-value deals.
- Process-Driven Leader: Strong expertise in developing scalable sales processes and implementing automation tools.
- Legal Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal and compliance workflows, along with AI-driven legal solutions, is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales optimization.
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment, contributing across multiple business functions.
