Position Overview

Jurisphere is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to drive engagement with top-tier law firms and corporate legal teams. This role involves educating legal professionals on leveraging Jurisphere's AI-driven solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless adoption of our platform. The ideal candidate has a legal background and a passion for technology, along with excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Education

  • Educate lawyers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 law firms on using Jurisphere effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding workshops to facilitate seamless adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support to legal professionals, ensuring optimal use of Jurisphere's AI-powered solutions.

Relationship Management

  • Liaise with partners and senior leadership at top-tier law firms to drive product awareness and usage.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and troubleshooting.

Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Assist in creating user guides, tutorials, and other educational content to enhance the customer experience.
  • Represent Jurisphere at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align client feedback with product development and business strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in legal tech.
  • Communication & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence legal professionals.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Innovative thinker with the ability to identify and resolve client challenges.
  • Interest in Technology & Law: Passion for legal tech and AI-driven solutions.

Added Bonuses:

  • Previous experience at a law firm or legal department.
  • Experience with legal tech or SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of legal research and document management workflows.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
