Ltd, an Indian private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at No. 16026, 16th Floor, Tower Oakwood, Mahagun Mywoods, Greater Noida – 201306, Uttar Pradesh, India (“Jurisphere”, “Company”, “We” “us”). This Privacy Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms & Conditions for the Site. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of the Jurisphere platform (“You”, “Your”, “User”, “subscriber”).

By using Jurisphere’s Service (for example, when You register/ subscribe for a Service or as a Professional, enter a contest or promotion, communicate with us, on our site), You agree to our collection, use and sharing of your personal information as described in this policy.

Our site may contain links to other sites not owned or controlled by Us i.e., third-parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Definitions

  1. "Artificial Intelligence", "AI", "Models", "Language Model", "LLM"

Any sequence, architecture, or algorithm for artificial intelligence that is developed or served by Us. Such Models might be owned, operated, and controlled by Us, or by Third Parties who have been engaged by Us. Based on context, the term "Models" might also refer to the trained Weights of such models as stored in our systems.

Core Services reference the subset of Services that are provided by Us and are integral to the unique features and functionalities of the Jurisphere platform. This includes our research and document review tools, as well as case law and statutes databases. Core Services exclude basic atomic units of modern websites providing functions such as authentication, email, network management, or streaming, and also exclude services that are not integral to the experience of using the Jurisphere platform such as those for analytics or marketing.

  1. "Payment Gateway Service Provider(s)"

A Third Party that provides payment gateway, payment processing, or other digital financial services for the Jurisphere platform, including but not limited to Razorpay and their corresponding services.

Any information or data that You may voluntarily supply or upload to Your account, for example, Your profile picture, address, firm name, and other details relating to Your profession, career, practice, domain area of expertise, work experience, and profession or business.

The Services offered by the Jurisphere platform include research, document review, and other functionalities as described in Our Terms & Conditions document. These Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis for information purposes only.

An entity other than Us or Our Affiliates, typically referring to companies and organizations that are partners, vendors, service providers, or otherwise engaged by Us to provide Services to You.

  1. "Training", "Train", "Finetuning" (a Model)

The process of refining and teaching a Model to perceive, interpret, and learn by observing a specific set of data, known as a “Training Dataset,” is known as "training" the Model. If Training begins from scratch, it is referred to as "pre-training". If training resumes from the weights of a previously trained Model and incrementally refines said Model, it is referred to as "finetuning."

We collect information about You and your use of our Service, your interactions with us and our Services such as number of questions asked, number of documents uploaded, size of the documents as well as information regarding your computer or other devices used to access our Services (such as our Web Application and other viewing devices).

We do not Train any AI or Models with Your Personal Information or User Data. None of our AI systems or algorithms learn from or improve based on Your Personal Information or User Data, including your queries, messages, files, and profile information. When You use Our Services, your User Data such as queries, messages, files, and profile information is only ephemerally made available to the memory and context of Our AI systems. Our AI systems do not store, retain, or use Your User Data for any purpose other than to generate responses to Your queries. Our AI systems are run primarily on Models that are owned, hosted, and served by Us: none of the Models we deploy and serve "locally" within our own cloud infrastructure retain or train on Your Personal Information or User Data. Similarly, an up-to-date list of Model and API Third Party providers that we utilize is provided in this Privacy Policy. We only work with Third Parties who maintain equivalent privacy guarantees to Ours and that do not train on any user data collected via their APIs.

We do not monitor, see, or use any of your User Data including but not limited to files and documents uploaded on to the Jurisphere platform. We do not use your prompts (inputs and uploaded files) and completions (outputs) to train, retrain, improve or fine-tune any of the tools deployed by Jurisphere or any of our third-party service providers. 

  1. Sharing your Information

We may process Your personal data for certain other legitimate uses, if required, in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and in compliance with any other laws and requirements. In order to provide you the best experience and to meet our various business needs, We may disclose the Personal Information to various entities who may also come under the definition of data processors as per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, including but not limited to, hosting service providers, cloud computing entities, IT service firms, marketing and advertising agencies, web analytics companies. These entities may access, process and store Personal Information as per the agreement entered with them. We will make efforts to disclose an updated list of key entities who are data processors and are engaged by Us.

We may disclose your Personal Information if we use third party processors to administer and process your personal information for the purposes notified in the Privacy Policy, such as for hosting activities related to the use of our Web Application or Services. The Web Application may include links to various third-party Websites that may collect your “Personal Information”.

We use third party vendors and service providers for smooth functioning of the business including the Services provided at Jurisphere platform. Most Core Services on the Jurisphere Platform are operated by proprietary implementations, and typically owned and managed by Us. Selectively, We do work with a few Third Party partners and vendors to provide parts of some core services. We will share the User Data with such third parties who may process the User Data as and when required for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We use third-party cloud providers to serve and store the data relevant to our platform. Our current primary cloud provider is Microsoft Azure (Azure), where We rent a cluster of computers, storage space, and security or networking services to serve the our platform. User data is stored in an encrypted form and hosted with up-to-date security and privacy practices. All such data is collected from Indian servers on Azure and stored in databases and storage services from Azure within India. Access to Jurisphere platform's servers are restricted to the webmaster, to whom as well User data is obscured, and otherwise, access is restricted by state-of-the-art encryption, identification, and authentication practices.

Use of your information collected by such third-party platforms will be governed by the Privacy Policy of the respective third-party platforms, which are beyond our control. Once You leave our servers (You can tell where You are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information You provide is governed by the Privacy Policy of the operator of the Website/application that You are visiting/using. That policy may differ from ours.
