Jurisphere — Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation can be initiated by a paid user at any point of time, however it will be cancelled only after the end of the period for which payment has been made, after which no payments will be automatically deducted from their choice of mode of payment.

There are no refunds for the Daily Pass. Refunds for the Monthly Subscription & Enterprise Subscription can be initiated by contacting us on our email address [email protected] and will be processed within 7 days. Refunds can only be asked within 05 days of the purchase, failing which it will amount to a cancellation of your subscription as a paid user and will be treated as such.

We reserve the right to not offer any pro-rata based refunds.
